Josh Hogan founded UnionMap after more than twenty years in construction. He spent those years working alongside with contractors, developers, and, most importantly, the workers who make things happen. Many of the sites Josh worked on relied on union labor, where he built lasting friendships with business managers and organizers. Hearing about the challenges they face every day—tracking dozens of projects, managing large territories, and keeping everyone on the same page—got him thinking about how to make their work easier.

UnionMap is his answer. It’s not just another tool; it’s built to help union organizers and business agents stay on top of projects, manage their regions, and keep strong connections with contractors. Josh knows that union reps and contractors share the same goal: project success. UnionMap makes that easier by enhancing member tracking and dispatch systems, so agents have project details at their fingertips, no matter where they are.
